How quickly is the website created?
A private site workspace and fallback URL are created as soon as Stripe confirms payment. You can begin editing immediately. A custom domain becomes active after its DNS records are verified and SSL is issued.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Use a Surreal Memories subdomain or connect a domain you own. Domain registration is not included; we provide the exact DNS instructions and handle site provisioning and SSL after verification.
How do the bundle discounts work?
A confirmed Surreal Memories rental order with a photo booth saves 10%. A confirmed order with our photographers saves another 10%. Book both with the website and the verified website discount is 20%.
Can guests RSVP from their phones?
Yes. Each website is mobile-first. Invitations can include a private guest link, and downloadable QR codes can point directly to the site, RSVP section, or gallery.
Who controls what appears publicly?
You do. Sites begin as private, unlisted drafts. You can publish publicly, keep the link unlisted, add a password, hide guest names, and moderate every guestbook message.
What happens after the first year?
The first year of hosting is included. RSVP sites renew at $149 per year; Signature and Custom sites renew at $249 per year. We send renewal notices before the date shown in your client portal.
