SMS Terms
Last updated: September 21, 2026. These terms govern requested photo and event gallery deliveries by SMS/MMS.
Request and consent
After selecting a photo or gallery on a Surreal Memories photo booth sharing screen, a guest may enter their own mobile number and tap Text My Photo. By taking that action, the guest requests one SMS/MMS from Surreal Memories at (725) 888-8946 containing the selected photo or event gallery link. Each additional delivery requires another guest request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency depends on the number of photo links the guest requests. Message and data rates may apply according to the guest's wireless plan. Surreal Memories does not charge a separate fee for text delivery.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email support@surrealmemories.com. A guest who has opted out must reply START before requesting another text delivery.
Delivery and eligibility
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. The guest must be authorized to use the supplied mobile number.
Privacy and changes
Our handling of mobile information is described in the SMS Privacy Policy. We may update these terms and will post the revised date on this page.
