By submitting this form or making a payment, you agree to the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Master Rental Agreement of Surreal Memories LLC. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date, with remaining balances due within the timeframe stated in your agreement. Cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, delivery, setup, weather-related issues, and liability are governed by the Master Rental Agreement and Refund Policy. Surreal Memories LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or damages caused by weather, venue conditions, third parties, or misuse of equipment. All services are subject to availability and Nevada law.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.surrealmemories.com and any services, bookings, or rentals provided by Surreal Memories LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, or renting equipment from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Master Rental Agreement, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

1. Services

Surreal Memories LLC provides event rental equipment, including but not limited to tables, chairs, linens, décor, backdrops, and related event items. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by the Company.

2. Rental Agreement Controls

All rentals are governed by our Master Rental Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Master Rental Agreement, the Master Rental Agreement controls.

3. Payments and Fees

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an event date
Remaining balances must be paid within the timeframe stated in the Rental Agreement
Accepted payment methods are determined by the Company
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and fees are governed by our Refund Policy and Master Rental Agreement.

4. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to:

Submit false or misleading information
Interfere with site functionality or security
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for misuse.

5. Photos, Media, and Content

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Surreal Memories LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Event photos or videos that include Company equipment may be used for marketing purposes as outlined in the Master Rental Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law:

Surreal Memories LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental services
The Company is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of equipment, weather, venue conditions, or third parties

7. Assumption of Risk

By renting equipment, clients acknowledge that event equipment carries inherent risks. Responsibility for safe use rests with the client as outlined in the Master Rental Agreement.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how information is collected and used.

10. Changes to Terms
