Refunds will only be given up until teams are made. I understand that if my player tries out for and does not make the travel team that their registration will transfer to the in-house program. I can request a refund if I do not want to play in house up until teams are made. If my player makes the middle school team and chooses not to play HAYAA I must request a refund before teams are made, If my player makes the high school team, I must email immediately to be removed from the roster and receive a refund. Any player placed on an in-house team will be charged the full registration fee. Refunds will not be given for reasons including, but not limited to, cannot attend practices or games, does not want to be on the team they were drafted on or did not get placed with their friends. NO EXCEPTIONS. Late fees and website fees are not refundable
1. Deposits
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
- The deposit secures inventory and scheduling and is not refundable under any circumstances.
2. Final Payment Requirement
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations 48 Hours or More Before the Event
- The $100 deposit is forfeited
- Any additional payments will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee
Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before the Event
- The $100 deposit is forfeited
- A $50 cancellation fee applies
- The delivery fee ($100) is retained
- No refunds are issued for setup fees if setup has occurred
4. Setup and Delivery Fees
- Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable once scheduling has begun
- Setup and teardown fees are non-refundable once setup has occurred
5. Rescheduling
- One (1) reschedule is permitted, subject to availability
- The deposit may be applied to the new date
- Additional reschedules may require a new deposit
6. Weather-Related Cancellations
- If weather prevents delivery before equipment leaves our possession, the client may reschedule or receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- Once equipment has been delivered or setup has begun, no refunds are issued due to weather
7. Damage, Loss, or Early Teardown
- No refunds will be issued for unused rental time, early teardown, or event interruption
- Clients are responsible for damage, loss, or theft as outlined in the Master Rental Agreement
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Clients agree to contact Surreal Memories LLC directly regarding refund questions before initiating a chargeback
- Chargebacks that violate this policy or the Master Rental Agreement may be disputed with supporting documentation
