Information we collect

We collect the mobile number a guest enters on the photo booth sharing screen, the selected event and photo, the request time, delivery status, and opt-out or help activity. We may also record a limited technical identifier for the authorized photo booth device that submitted the request.

How we use information

We use this information to send the photo or event gallery link the guest requested, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, honor STOP and HELP requests, troubleshoot delivery, and meet legal and carrier compliance obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent mobile information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for advertising or promotional purposes. We disclose information to messaging and hosting providers only as needed to complete and secure the requested delivery, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain request and delivery records only as reasonably needed to operate the service, honor preferences, resolve delivery issues, and satisfy legal or carrier requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information.
